Day Delegate Package includes:                                    Balmoral Function Room         

• Full day room hire
• 3 servings of tea & coffee with Danish pastries/homemade shortbread/cakes
• Lunch choices include 2-course restaurant lunch, a working finger buffet or soup & sandwiches
• Data projector & screen
• Flipchart
• Water, cordials and sweets
• Paper and pens

Residential Delegate Package includes:

• Day delegate package as above
• 3 Course dinner with coffee
• Overnight accommodation with full Scottish breakfast
• Onsite gym

Day & Residential Packages are subject to minimum numbers. 

Bespoke Packages
Full and half day room hire rates are available.  We can offer a variety of catering requirements to suit your needs from tea/coffee with homemade shortbread, soup and sandwiches, finger buffet or 2 course lunches.  A complete range of audio visual equipment is available to hire to ensure that any presentation is effectively and efficiently staged. We aim to provide an individual package to suit your individual needs.

Accommodation
With 51 bedrooms to accommodate up to 90 guests, all bedrooms are en-suite, have tea and coffee making facilities and have access to free WiFi and guests have use of the hotels gym facilities. Delegates attending conferences will receive a preferential room rate.
